Paso 1
El nuevo amigo
Un día, un niño fue a un parque cerca de su casa.
Vio a otro niño sentado solo.
El primer niño dijo: “¡Hola! Me llamo Ben. ¿Cómo te llamas?”
El otro niño dijo: “Soy Sam.
No conozco a nadie aquí.”
Ben dijo: “No te preocupes. Te mostraré el lugar.”
Caminaron juntos.
Ben dijo: “Este es el columpio. Puedes probarlo.”
Sam dijo: “¡Gracias! Me gusta.”
Se rieron mientras se columpiaban.
Luego fueron al tobogán.
Ben dijo: “Tú puedes ir primero.”
Sam dijo: “¡Está bien!”
Se deslizó rápido y sonrió.
Ben dijo: “¿Es divertido, verdad?”
Sam dijo: “¡Sí! Gracias por mostrarme todo.”
Corrieron hacia una pequeña colina.
Ben dijo: “¡Mira este lugar! Desde aquí puedes ver lejos.”
Sam dijo: “Es muy bonito. Me gusta.”
Al fin, se sentaron bajo un árbol.
Ben dijo: “Me alegro de que nos hayamos conocido.”
Sam dijo: “Yo también.
Tengo un nuevo amigo.”
Se quedaron hasta que se puso el sol, felices de estar juntos.
Paso 2
The New Friend
One day, a boy went to a park near his home.
Vio a otro niño sentado solo.
The first boy said, “Hello! My name is Ben. What is your name?”
El otro niño dijo: “Soy Sam. No conozco a nadie aquí.”
Ben said, “Do not worry. I will show you around.”
Caminaron juntos.
Ben said, “This is the swing. You can try it.”
Sam dijo: “¡Gracias! Me gusta.”
They laughed as they swung back and forth.
Luego fueron al tobogán.
Ben said, “You can go first.”
Sam dijo: “¡Está bien!”
He slid down fast and smiled.
Ben dijo: “¿Es divertido, verdad?”
Sam said, “Yes! Thank you for showing me everything.”
Corrieron hacia una pequeña colina.
Ben said, “Look at this place! You can see far from here.”
Sam dijo: “Es muy bonito. Me gusta.”
At last, they sat under a tree.
Ben dijo: “Me alegro de que nos hayamos conocido.”
Sam said, “Me too. I have a new friend.”
Se quedaron hasta que se puso el sol, felices de estar juntos.
Paso 3
The New Friend
One day, a boy went to a park near his home.
He saw another boy sitting alone.
The first boy said, “Hello! My name is Ben. What is your name?”
The other boy said, “I am Sam. I do not know anyone here.”
Ben said, “Do not worry. I will show you around.”
They walked together.
Ben said, “This is the swing. You can try it.”
Sam said, “Thank you! I like it.”
They laughed as they swung back and forth.
Then they went to the slide.
Ben said, “You can go first.”
Sam said, “Okay!”
He slid down fast and smiled.
Ben said, “It is fun, isn’t it?”
Sam said, “Yes! Thank you for showing me everything.”
They ran to a small hill.
Ben said, “Look at this place! You can see far from here.”
Sam said, “It is so nice. I like it.”
At last, they sat under a tree.
Ben said, “I am glad we met.”
Sam said, “Me too. I have a new friend.”
They stayed until the sun went down, happy to be together.
